What is an Affiliate program?
An Affiliate program is a tool which measures the traffic from an Affiliates website. It tracks impressions of banners or text links, clicks on any given banner or text link and if the click result in a sale - it also shows the sales amount.

What is comission?
Commission is what you earn on every sale that is generated from your affiliate links. The commission is calculated from the price of the products (ex. Vat)

When and how will Affiliates get commission?
Amphora Aromatics do Affiliate payments once per month. You must have an account balance of minimum £25 before you receive commission. The Affiliate payment will be made via cheque or a credit will be given to purchase of Amphora Goods.

Do I have to pay for being an Affiliate?
No - it is free to be an Affiliate. However you may have to pay income tax for the commission.

Why do I not get commission for the month prior to the payment date?
We do not pay commission before we are sure of the order has been delivered and that it not has been returned. This is the reason to why we have this delay.

Tracking of visitors and sales?
First the customer clicks on an Affiliate banner. Then he lands on the Amphora website. We do not register what the customer does at our website, but if they complete an order, then we link it up to the right Affiliate. This is done by a cookie.
When a visitor cliks on an Affiliate link, a cookie is created. The cookie lasts 30 days. If a sale is conducted from the same computer within 30 days, then the provision will be registered at the Affiliates account balance.

Site ID and Affiliate ID?
Your Site ID / Affiliate ID is an unique number identifying you as an Affiliate..

Cheating and Fraud ?
Amphora Aromatics Affiliate program has a lot of test and safety functions to verify the transactions coming from the Affiliate program. All transactions which indicate that something is wrong in our systems, it will imediately be looked into and corrected if neccessary. To protect amphora from unwanted visits and cheating we have set up various safety functions.

Amphora only register transactions which is sent by the URL stated in the Affiliates account information. This has to be the correct URL and not an alias.

Terminating of Affiliate cooperation?
You can not delete your Affiliate account with Amphora. If you for some reason you do not want to continue the Affiliate program - just remove all your banners and links from your website.
