By steam distillation.	Sweet and spicy, warming with a balsamic under tone.

General Description

Cardomom Essential Oil. Expansion, stimulating. Warming oil with balsamic undertone. When diluted in a carrier oil use as massage for digestive upsets (10 drops of oil with 4 teaspoons of carrier oil). Gently massage into the abdomen. Vaporise for mental fatigue & nervous tension.

Historical Background

Used in traditional Chinese & Indian Ayurvedic medicine for over 3000 years.

Stimulating, warming, mental fatigue, nervous tension.

Safety

DILUTE TO 5% OR LESS IN A CARRIER OIL BEFORE SKIN APPLICATION. KEEP OUT OF EYES. DO NOT SWALLOW.
