General Description

Dehulled organic hemp seeds - the seed with the shell taken off! Ideal for sprinkling on pasta, salads, rice dishes, or for putting in smoothies or on desserts, or just for nibbling on their own. Full amino acid spectrum gives complete vegetable protein, whilst retaining the trace mineral content too. Rich in Essential Fatty Acids Omega 3 and Omega 6 as well as GLA.

Historical Background

Hemp Seeds have been a recognized source of excellent nutrition for at least 5,000 years. Ancient Neolithic archaeological sites in China reveal that Hemp Seeds were one of mankind's first domesticated agricultural food crops.
