Caraway Essential Oil comes from a biennial herb.
When burned or vaporised it can be useful for settling the stomach, soothing digestive problems, calming the nerves and soothing mental fatigue.
It's also recognised as a stomach settler and for calming gastric spasms when used in massage. Use well diluted in a carrier oil or lotion and gently massage the abdomen. When used in massage it can also act as a tonic for the skin.
Carum carvi Seed Oil is distilled from the seeds of Caraway, Carum
carvi L., Apiaceae.
Strong warm spicy odour. Fragrance can be overpowering, so dilute well.
Carminative, antiseptic and soothing.
Traditionally used as a rub for tummy upsets.
