The kit contains Lavender Oil, Chamomile Maroc Oil, Lemon Verbena Oil, Melissa (blend) Oil, Bergamot Oil, & Avocado (Carrier) Oil. Try adding a few drops of the essential oils to a pre-run bath after a hard day to promote wellbeing and sleep.
