Cardomom Essential Oil is a stimulating oil that is well regarded for its ability to calm an upset tummy.
Blend 10 drops of the oil with 4 teaspoons of your favourite carrier oil and gently massage in to the abdomen. Alternatively you can add a few drops to a tablespoon of milk or Amphora Plain Bath Oil in a nice warm bath.
When vaporised or burned Cardomom has a lovely effect in calming nervous tension and its stimulating and uplifting properties can combat mental fatigue. For this reason we advise that you shouldn't burn or vaporise the oil in the evening.
Elettaria cardamomum Seed Oil is the volatile oil obtained by steam
distillation from the dried ripe seeds of Elettaria cardamomum, Zingiberaceae.
Sweet and spicy, warming with a balsamic under tone.
