The astringent and anti-inflammatory propertie of Yarrow make it useful when diluted in a carrier oil to make a massage oil. It's thought to help with varicose veins, hemorrhoids, problems with the digestive system, stress and skin conditions. It can also be helpful during the menstruation cycle.
Achillea millefolium Oil is the essential oil obtained by steam distillation from the flowering herb of the Yarrow, Achillea millefolium L., Asteraceae.
A fresh green, sweet herbaceous and slightly camphoraceous odour.
Astringent, tonic, antiseptic, relaxing, stress releasing and anti-inflammatory.
Traditionally used through the ages for application to the skin, especially for the treatment of rashes.
